At ButtonyMood, we offer delivery of our handmade dolls worldwide!

However there are some slight differences depending on where your order is being shipped. Here’s a handy table to explain:

(e.g. U.S.A., Canada, etc.)

*Please note that delivery thresholds will vary if paying with currencies other than the British Pound (GBP). Example: Customer paying US Dollars (USD) need to spend £80 x the USDGBP exchange rate to qualify for free delivery. Let’s assume this exchange rate is 1.25. This would mean the delivery charge threshold would be $96 USD.

Delivery Method and Tracking

All parcels are sent using a Tracked and Signed For service . You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email.

Delivery Timings

All delivery timings are listed in the bale on this page. These are estimates and most common outcomes. However, there may be exceptional circumstances where these timings cannot be met. Most carriers (e.g. Royal Mail who we use in the U.K.) request up to a maximum of 10 working days to deliver your order before raising a complaint and requesting compensation to refund you. This is often longer for parcels sent outside of the U.K.

In most cases once we have raised the complaint we can, in most cases provide compensation via a refund or replacement order, subject to your preference and stock availability.

The delivery status is subject to stock and availability and these guidelines are not binding.

Please note that you are responsible for the correct input of the delivery address. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have been delivered to an incorrectly specified address.
